Neon Drift ("the game", "we", "us") is developed and published by Publicvoid Dev under the studio name Donstel Game Production. This policy explains what information the game handles, why, and what control you have over it.
In short:
We do not run any servers, and the game itself never sends your data anywhere. There are no accounts, no sign-ups, and no analytics.
Your progress is saved only on your own device. The only data leaving your device is what Google's advertising service collects in order to show ads, which is what keeps the game free.

Neon Drift is free and supported by advertising. Ads are provided by Google AdMob, a service of Google LLC. To serve and measure ads, Google may collect and process:
This data is collected by Google, not by us. We never receive it in a form that identifies you; we only see anonymous, aggregated performance totals in our AdMob dashboard.

If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or another region with equivalent requirements, the game asks for your consent before any ads are loaded. Nothing ad-related is requested until you have answered.
You can review or change that choice at any time: pause the game and tap PRIVACY. The same consent screen will reopen so you can update or withdraw your consent.
We do not sell, rent, or trade any data, and we have none to sell. The only third party involved is Google, in its role as our advertising provider, as described in section 3.
Data stored on your device remains until you uninstall the game or clear its data. Data collected by Google is retained according to Google's own retention practices, described in their privacy policy linked above.
Neon Drift is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the advertising services used in this game, please contact us and we will help you direct the request appropriately.
Because the game holds no account data and transmits nothing to us, there is no personal information of yours in our possession that could be exposed. Data handled by Google is protected under Google's own security practices.
If this policy changes, the updated version will be published at this same address with a revised "Last updated" date. Significant changes affecting how your data is handled will also be reflected in the app's store listing.
